Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Understanding and describing demographics of store catchment area.
• Undertaking research and analysis, creating insight to ensure we understand the local drivers of store performance.
• Providing ongoing Insight into new Property initiatives to help drive the future strategy.
• Own sales forecast accuracy and consistently suggest ways to improve forecasting process and accuracy.
• Actively contribute in each property process to propose the optimum investment to the board/decision makers.
• Innovate and propose new growth opportunities and size for business through competitor monitoring, economic growth, and other relevant matters to retail.
