H&M Club Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and secure services, events and in-store activities.
• Coordinate general online activities with club online and club multichannel activities.
• Drive club information to the stores through weekly info.
• Support short term activities according to local selling situation.
• Building up activity & commercial plan for Club.
• Follow up activities for Club Members and set up a new one.
• Help increase liking of the brand long term – via appropriate measurements and KPIS’s.
• Increase sales via H&M Club – frequency & average purchase vs. non-members.

Competences:

• Salesmanship.
• Market knowledge.
• Experience in working cross functional.
• Strong numerical knowledge and analytic reasoning.
• Managerial experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Slovak.
